That P bowl is very high. Add to that the abrupt curve in J, the long middle stroke in E, the high crossbar in A, angular cut endings in K and an out-of-style apostrophe and the sum makes me think this might not be a professional font.

You might want to check out the thinnest weights of URW Futura for a somewhat similar feeling. Also see Avenir Next.

Ooops, a search turned up a previous ID request. I belive this is Silver Thread, a digital revival of L&C Hairline by Jason Walcott.

There are some nice images of the original in this thread.

It appears the thinnest weights of ITC Avant Garde Gothic is based on L&C Hairline.

And, according to Miss Tiffany, another digital version exist somewhere in the vacuum of outer space.
