The r is reminiscent of something by Jim Parkinson,
perhaps Bureau Grotesque.

This has the grotesque no. 9 and FB Bureaugrotesque feel. Perhaps someone modified the l and the d and made them pointy. I think the Bureau Grotesques were designed by David Berlow for whatever that's worth.
