Well, it does look like a quick hack job in Illustrator, both i’s are different down to the tittle. :^)

I think it could just have been done with Illustrator’s stroke tool. It doesn’t seem like a font, anyway. My guess…

The original lettering was done by hand for sure. That’s no font.
