Earthquake came with a Dover Font CD and Book of Dan X. Solos Fonts. Says it was digitized in 2000 by Dover Publications

So you'd have to buy the book to get the font CD? Or is the font copyright-free?

They come packed together - look on Amazon - Dover still has some sets but not all they used to have "24 Grunge Fonts CD and Book"

The other one is Choc, the classic brush script by French type design icon Roger Excoffon.
