Except for the |E| there are a host of fonts that could stand in for this (e.g. Garamond Bold), particularly if you only need it at small sizes.
If a close match would suit flipping the |3| looks like it could stand in for the unusual |E|.
Sorry about the dreadful sample, but that's all I have.
Can you give me any pointers to the font? The swashy E and J might help a bit.
