Have you tried Times or Times New Roman?
The image quality is not so good to tell, but I think Times will be very close.

I am trying to make the scans of this book in to a somewhat readable ebook using ABBYY Fine Reader. However I am just not getting the correct body font. Would be great if someone could help me out.
