Hello ! I am asking for your kind help to identify the typeface used in this attached logo logo and also the other one uses in this advertisement bill board

The billboard font is Impact.
The (newer) logo is set in Times.

thanks for the prompt ID! but the logo doesn't seem to be times to me..perhaps a different times?

It is a version of Times for sure, maybe not New Roman but there are many.
