I work at Massage Heights and we are trying to identify a font used on the website.

I firstly thought it could have been as easy as Helvetica Neue Extended but, after having a look to this bigger sample from website banner, that's definitely not it. It is close to Sanzettica, Newsanse or Sansumi.
