Reminds of Reforma Grotesk, the bold weight, but /R is totally off (but could be easily reproduce adding a stroke to /P).
More similars: Xheighter Condensed

I is very simular to Reforma, but not exactly the same. I'm pretty sure the R is not changed because I have seen it somewhere else with the same R.
