What font is this?

I need to find out the name of this font. I know I've seen it at some point on my computer but I'm drawing a blank. I've tried using Identifont and MyFonts to figure it out. Currently looking through my font organizer to see if I can locate the name. Thanks for any help in advance!

Agree with Dick and and to be a little bit more precise, Geometric Slabserif 703 (and not 712), Bitstream version of Memphis.
