El Palauet, Living Barcelona: identity fonts

Hi y'all,
I'm looking for the fonts used in the identity of El Palauet, Living Barcelona. Really love the combination of the brush font and the monospaced typewriter font. Please help me id-ing them.

The script is (obviously) done by hand.

El Palauet Living identity by Iris Tarraga.
Custom lettering by Pol Montserrat.
Hard to say for the mono typewriter, could even be as simple as Courier, also used on their website.
