This is from an old logo. Can anyone identify the font? I've looked through pages of fonts, uploaded the image to What The Font, etc. Any help is appreciated.

"SCE" is close to Jhiaxus Oblique free font by Neale Davidson
("E" is a bit different)
"FLOW" is (a not so close) similar to a font referenced in Solopedia Catalog as "Skin & Bones":
150 Skin & Bones WSI Duo Line. aka Bosseyed.
