hey i have to make logo for shoe brand name is " REELERS " my target audience is middle or upper middle class.
and my key words are : quality , friendly
i have tried to make many symbols of R but those are not working need an idea please
Why use the letter R as the basis for the logo? The real branding challenge here is that the name of the product says nothing about shoes, fashion, or status. The word reel could refer to film, fishing, or the unsteady gait of a drunk.
Why not work on a logo that gives the consumer a clue to what the product is?

my brand's personality is Reeler the young star ever born in this world with many different applicable abilities. There is something really special about him which is his confidence and loyalty. Reeler is graceful man. He is strong true faith and very ambitious person about his job. Reeler do different different jobs to take care of his family. He believes in working by his own earning it. Doing different jobs and work for his family has increased his efficiency and experience. He pursues his objectives actively and energetically. reeler has a very friendly attitude with others..
so logo should be base on this personality
If your brand identity is based on a character named Reeler, your client will need to tell the story of Reeler first (with a video, a song, a game, print advertisements, etc.), and then use the logo to reinforce the story.
Here are some logos that use a character as the embodiment of their brand.

(My apologies if Reeler is already a well-known character or a real person. I live in the US, and I'm no longer a young man, so there are some elements of popular culture of which I am ignorant.)
Based on the “self-made man” aspect?

Of course, you could reinforced the “reel” aspect by using this face in all caps, and flopping the second /E/…
@chuchu: “i had many ideas for logo and all had rejected i made 150 sketches of logo. :(”
Are you doing these on paper, or on a computer?
When I started studying design, we were asked to produce 100 sketches in an afternoon. Spend 1-2 mins on an idea, then stop, do a 180˚, and move onto a totally different idea. Use big 2' × 3' pad of newsprint. It will help you make free-associations between different ideas.
If you are capable of doing 150, I’m confidant you can do another 150. Keep trying. You learn to do by doing.
@cyrusselster: Are actually trying to help a student by literally doing their homework for them, or promote your own website? 5star’s is obviously a joke, but your’s could easily be presented as a final. Slippery slope we’re on. And don’t feel singled out, I’ve been ranting about this for a while. See:
