font basis for Nelio

I'm looking for the original font that may have served as the basis for the font "Nelio" shown below. Any ideas?

Nelio can be found here: https://www.fontfont.com/fonts/nelio

Don't know (or think) if Nelio design has been based on an existing (or not) typeface. It reminds somehow Bickham Script and some of its alternates. There's also Champion Script, mainly the lowercases, uppercases look too flourished.
