Not a font, but a custom design. Most (if not all) of the individual letters are modified (stretched, squeezed, re-stroked, added, subtracted) from what they were originally, if not completely drawn from scatch.

Totally agree with HVB. Many letters (mainly beacause of oblique cuts on finals) make me thinking to Kabel. Could even be a custom job based on Gill Sans.
