I found your image on Bellafigura. It says clearly there it is calligraphy; NOT a font.

I know Debi and she is a very accomplished calligrapher specializing in pointed pen scripts. These less formal pointed pen styles have become popular in recent years. You can find fonts with a similar feel out there, but real calligraphy has a more personalized look than a font.
