This typeface is problematic: the C really doesn't quite match the rest of the letters, and the /r is a bit quirky, as well. The closest thing I could find was a face called Americana Graphic (not to be confused with the widely-available Americana) from an old PLINC catalog, but the proportions on the /a aren’t quite right...
