Can't be 100% positive for "ESSENTIAL" with so few distinctive letters but may be Egyptienne Extra Wide Regular could be enough close for you (thought about http://Deming as there's a lot of free material but too many differencies)

Egyptienne’s |E| doesn’t match (it has serifs on the crossbar, like most of the various “hellenics”).
