Search for halloween fonts at Dafont, at Fontspace, and with Bing, Yahoo, or Google. I think that "Face Your Fears" may be close to what you're looking for.

You may like:
Flamingo by Michael Leonhard
Nosferotica by Chad Savage (Sinister Visions)
Deportees by Ray Larabie (Typodermic Fonts)

Maybe this would work if you rough it up a bit in Photoshop.

So far I'm liking Nosferotica the best. I wish it had lowercase, though I can manage by making the size bigger on certain letters.

Still gonna do some more hunting to see if I can find something a little closer to what I want.

Or Prask/gooooly

That one may actually work if I type up what I want and then use the pen tool to trace and clean up the edges a bit so it doesn't look as much like a brush stroke. Thanks.

This one might have potential: Cherie (with some interesting lower case alts.)

Lynn, your link is to a pirate site. ITC Cherie is a commercial font.
