Thanks for taking the time to look at this.

It'd be great to ID this font (the stencil has been long lost and I need to replicate the font). I took this picture of the text just today and it only contains the upper case letters of interest. From Colorado, USA.

The /J/M/C/A/ capitals look like Minion Semibold Italic Swash
