I have been on other sites trying to identify this font and haven't had any luck. Please help!

HELP! No other site correctly identified this font.
I think it may be 2 fonts. The lowercase looks suspiciously like its a version of Bernhard Fashion, perhaps a tad heavier. Looks like the letters were also bounced a slight bit.
