“Insert image” Seems too easy: How to use it — Need help

I try to find some answer in Typophile, but I can't. I just can't use the “Insert image” feature on Safari. I work on MAC OSX 10.6.8. However I've tried on Firefox and it works fine. Need help to understand how to use it. Thanks in advance.

Have you blocked Flash on Safari?
