How do you test all the characters of your fonts? Is there a go-to dummy text you have that includes all the common dashes, diacritics punctuations, etc?

I have a multipage InDesign file with text blocks I copids and pasted from various webpages in English, Spanish, French, German, Turkish, Czech and Romanian. I probably ought to expand the smorgasbord a bit but, even as is, it works pretty well.
Additionally, I think this site and the 'pedia both have pangram collections in various languages. Reckon one could snarf from that.
