If you want a free font, look for one that is similar, or maybe even better than that for what you want to do, that is legitimately free. :)

Here's an example of a somewhat similar free font, Neuton Cursive:

It's not the closest, but there are also other free fonts which you can find that will work. Dafont has categories which you can explore, which will help you. :)

And about the “What font is this” part, there’s a place for it too: http://typophile.com/typeid

In this instance, it's kind of a "no harm-no foul" deal, since the font itself is freeware. However, if the poster wants the name of the font, it's gonna cost him =)

hrant, I suggest that you find something productive to do.

At this point I hope nobody tells
you what it is. But it's still not a
waste, because other people might
read all this and figure out how
not to behave. Trying to keep this
place free of piracy is "productive"
to somebody who makes/sells fonts.

I'm not trying to steal, hrant. I just thought a kind person with more knowledge of fonts could assist me in answering the question. I was given a very informative answer from the website where I saw the font.

I'm liking this idea more and more: when the
ID is for a free font, requester must make $1
donation to Typophile. Or heck, $1 per font ID
request no matter what. THAT'll cut down
on the frivolous/lazy ones, making this place
more conducive to scouring for real content.
