Can anyone identify this typeface? Closest I've got is Cheltenham, but it's a good bit off? Anyone have any clue?
Thanks in advance.

Close is Rowan Oak by Nick Curtis.
This “very elegant and British alphabet” was originally released in the 1920s as “Richmond Oldstyle” by the Blackfriars Type Foundry of London.
