Font used on vinyl record labels between 1930 and 1970?

Trying to identify the font used for the title, artist and catalogue information on this label. The font was pretty much used exclusively on EMI-related labels in Australia between 1930 and 1970.

Tracks are set in Futura Bold.

I don't know the original font, but if you want to recreate the label,
Knockout Medium is close enough - though /G is a bit different.

I've been using Trade Gothic Bold Condensed as a substitute, but it's not quite the same.

If it is, indeed, a typeface and not a logotype, it may have been set in a Ludlow face that is kinda sorta like Trade Gothic, but not quite…
