I think it's Univers 45 or Univers 55 with lots of tweaking in photoshop or illustrator.

It could be also Geneva + the 3D effect.

myfont.com says:

Apple system font designed as a bitmap by Susan Kare. Its name reflects the intention to imitate those epitomes of the Swiss style in type design, Helvetica and Univers.

Yes I think it's Geneva.
