Whilst there's a huge amount of blogs for type design and book COVER design, I can't seem to find a decent blog for information and inspiration in layout design (BLAD and MLAD). I really want to find some lovely blogs with information about the newest and bestest interior book design, illustrated/picture book design, magazine layout etc etc.
Any suggestions? (Maybe I'm not looking hard enough).
Wish Bernd Kuchenbeiser would do a blog. Bug him on twitter http://twitter.com/kuchenbeiser
I do like his stuff.
Crazy, I can't believe there's been such little response, given the awesome calibre of designers on this site : (
From my RSS feed:

Since there aren't "lovely blogs with information about the newest and bestest interior book design" out there, we're busy looking at real books in real bookstores and libraries.
Sorry.
> 'we're busy looking at real books in real bookstores and libraries.'
Fair enough…
Not always easy to spend the time riffling through bookstores when you've got deadlines to meet though! Life as a book designer is unfortunately not always that easy…!
> BLAD and MLAD
Maybe this is a dumb question, but what are BLAD and MLAD? Is it "Book/Magazine Layout and Design"?
For book design, you might want to take a gander at my blog at http://www.tianobookdesign.com
Dont you know that highly praised drama series about typesetters in the '60s, "MLAD Men"?
