It looks like Proxima Nova A.

I think Akira is right about Proxima Nova A

Some similar with a different /u:
NeuzeitGroT - URW Software, Copyright 1994 by URW
Ramble On 1 Regular
Garcia Light Regular

...a similar one with a different /t:
ITC Avant Garde Gothic Std Book

Thanks for the id, Proxima Nova looks about right.
Can't find anything on Garcia - do you have a link?

Any other suggestions?

oughta be some kind of minimum demand for typophile. trance for example - instant banning

Cryptic Frode, care to elaborate?

Sebastian, on a second look
"Garcia Light" seems like a forgery of Geometric 706 by Bitstream
- sorry about that.

...which is just Bitstream's version of Neuzeit Grotesk.

But thanks for clarifying.

Well, being a child of the late 80s and growing up in the 90s I think I’m entitled to not be tortured all over again.

Ahh, you were simply expressing your distaste for the music - I can relate and make a mental note to not send you a Best-of Trance Nation for christmas. But (type-)finders can't be choosers.

Goa is the Classical of the 21st century.

Sorry to bump this again, but still looking for some alternatives to Proxima Nova that have a default single-story 'a'.

TIA.
