Looking for feedback on a few logos for client - a boutique real estate lender - wants to be different than the crowd but still appropriate. First round. 5 versions shown here. Version 1 looking at a serif and sans as alternatives. In general color has not been explored. Thanks!

Maybe you could work a little more on these?
right now the options are not very distinct...
and i'm a little confused if the company is called BROADWAY and they are "capital partners" or if BROADWAY CAPITAL is in partnership with you
They actually were undecided on the name structure and wanted to see it both ways.
They didn't want a mark just a simple logotype. Its all done now so no worries.
So how did it turn out?
