Found 4 names which appear to be identical to the sample:

Image Club Graphics ICG/Basilea.ttf
Novel Fonts/Sousanna.otf

Would you be able to tell me if there is possibility to download it somewhere? I cannot even find these fonts on internet. Thank you in advance.

From the fonts listed above, only Basilea is an original design. But since ICG isn't around anymore, this might do for you:

Generally these may show up in Google. (For instance, just found Marina from Brendel). I don't know how to tell if a design is original (unless I have found several lookalikes, then I'm suspicious!) or if it's an authorized copy, or it's from a legitimate designer gone out of the business, or if Adobe or Linotype has an "original" and they have cross-selling agreements. Confusing.

Wonder if there is an Original Design list?

If a sample matches a knockoff does that make the Find evil or the Use evil?

There's no "evil". But surely there is much confusion.
