The second one looks like Mrs Eaves Italic.

The serif is Mrs Eaves and Mrs Eaves Italic.

The Sans looks like Avenir to me.
edit: Nope, the E doesn't match.

Allumi Standard Regular?

I grabbed the logo from this PDF online, and opened it in Illustrator. After that, Allumi was whatthefont's best guess.

By the way, if you're just looking for the logo, it is in the PDF above in vector format.

The sans can be Berthold Akzidenz Grotesk (or Franklin ITC Expert BQ).

The serifs is definitely Mrs Eaves [Italic]

Thank you all so much. Thanks Chipman223 I was only looking for the name of the typefaces.
Best,
