Does Font Validator work on Windows 7?

On the font Validator page it only says XP and 2000 and Vista.

It also says "Microsoft Font Validator requires '.NET Framework' be installed." Are there any issues with that on Windows 7?

I google searched "font validator system requirements" and didn't find anything on it.

It works fine on my (32-bit) Windows 7 machine.
