(x) grunged Tuscan Ornate - Immoral {Ryan}

spindrift

Hi there,

Thank you for your interest in my post.

If anyone could tell me what the font used in the 'biography' text of the below image is called, I'd be most grateful please.

Thank you very much and I hope to hear from you.

Take care,

Mark

It's a style called Tuscan Ornate, which has many varieties. My Script Font ID Guide has several modern revivals by Font Mesa on pages 33 & 34 of Part 5.

The one called 'Main Strike' is most similar to your sample, I think.

you are an absolute legend - you star!

thank you very much mate - you've been most helpful.

all the best

Actually Mike, there's a destroyed-Tuscan font called Immoral, which is exactly the font that's used in Mark's sample.

Yes, I could see that his sample had been 'messed up', but I didn't know if it was a graphics 'mutilation', or a grunged font. I thought he'd at least want the basic style, as a starting point.

Good catch Ryan.

thank you ryan and mike so much. i wasnt sure either whether it had been manipulated or not but i guess now we know the answer.

good work guys.

thank you once again.
