So it was designed by Jim Spiece and is sold by Linotype. Still, there is no licensing info that I can see...I will drop them a mail.

Those are probably pirated copies, which is why the license info is not provided (since they're already in violation).

It comes with Mac OS X. So, if you’re in a Mac you should be fine.
