Help with a cursive/script font
The L in the second image is Kaufmann Bold; the rest of the word is not...
Except for the letter Nick mentioned I think the script resembles Doyald Young's Eclat, which he has updated with his Home Run Script (at MyFonts). The font has alternate r similar to this sample.
