Agree. May be you'd have to consider it as a custom work. You could start for instance with a DIN stencil (even if /S looks off) and try to apply some metal/eroded/distressed treatment...

I thought in a custom lettering but in the PDF where the client request me some changes are samples that suggest the use of a comercial font, but don't say anything about it, actually he either have a clue about the font's name!

Have you checked if the font is embedded in the PDF?
