OK all I have is this terrible fax to recreate from. Can anyone help me out with these fonts? (I can't even make out what it is saying, so this is a long shot!) Thanks in advance...

(x) Yellowmart - Times Roman (mangled), ITC Fenice {Mark S}
The lower one appears to be ITC Fenice Bold. The upper one is extremely distorted, but, based on the general construction of the letters, appears to be Times Roman stretched, stroked and with who knows what other effects applied.
