Hello everyone.
Here is a font I have difficulties to indentify although I'm almost certain that I've used it once a long time ago :

I've tried various ways to indentify it ( www.dafonts.com, www.highfonts.com, www.myfonts.com, etc ) but no results so far.

Perhaps there's an exact match, but starters you can start with Bitsumishi which was mentioned in this thread and round the corners of the E.

Yeah, this isn't Mitsubishi but, if I can't find the real one, I will use this one and tweak it a little bit with round corners and a few othe things.

Unfortunately, this one doesn't even come close to Bitsumishi. The I, R and other letters are too different.
