It is similar to Prismania. Apparently, there were several styles. You can see the ‘P’ style here.

Not that I've seen, Florian. Mike Y has three or four in his Lined Fonts Guide, including the 'P' variant I've not seen elsewhere (I don't have the Solo book referenced).
