Hello all,

I am trying to find out what font is used for the logo, it looks like Georgia to me, what do u think? Please let me know, thank you!

Doesn't look like Georgia at all. Looks like Times New Roman to me, but the T seems slightly off. Truthfully, it resembles many fonts. If only it the text size were larger.

more over, i wish i could locate this logo on one of those logotype websites.
FYI: I am recreating the logo to use on the workbook covers for our sales team.
here is a clip art from one of the links from that site, the font appears fatter in this image, i wonder if they are the same fonts.

The "TUDOR VENTURES" could simply be a bold version of the same font. And I don't think the original font is TNR either upon closer inspection. The T is a wide as it's tall. TNR's T doesn't have those dimensions.

unknown

Kylie, you are looking at two fonts. The second one looks like Times Roman.

unknown

The one on the blue is Times Bold (or Times New Roman Bold, if you like). The first sample is some version of Baskerville, though it's hard to say exactly which one, there are so many.

well done Mr. Simonson.
Thanks all for ur time!! =)

You're all too quick for me!

I originally wrote: The original sample looks like Bitstream Baskerville to me. But of course it could be something else. The bold version doesn't quite match the other sample, unless the sample has been condensed a bit (which is clutching at straws).
