Hello,
I am attempting to create a web site. I came across a font type i really like. In my opinion it looks so much nicer than Dreamweaver libary of fonts. http://www.naimaudio.com/
this is the site with the font I like, its just bellow "world class sound" http://www.bowers-wilkins.co.uk/Car_Audio/Jaguar_Car_Audio/XJ exact same font. Please could someone tell me the font type.
Thanks
Mike
They have used Cufon to embed that typeface into that page. You would have to do the same as the typeface is not that common, and therefore will not be installed on many end users computers.
The Typeface is called 'Swiss 721' at regular (400) weight.
I hope this helps.
Also, the typeface used on second site you mentioned is Arial.
Swiss 721 is a version of Helvetica (http://new.myfonts.com/fonts/bitstream/swiss-721/alternate_cuts.html) and is available as webfont too (http://new.myfonts.com/fonts/bitstream/swiss-721/)
Not to mention all the freeware and freely-available fonts based on URW Nimbus Sans... I just did, didn't I?
