You’re right. Which means it’s similar to Gotham (but with a longer descender) and Neutraface too.
Gotham is pretty close, you're right, though, the descender is longer and something squashy is going on with that c.
That /c/ made me think of Avenir. And I was trying to connect this with a quote of J. Hoefler about Nobel.
Anyway, it seems to be Nobel, but DTL’s version.
