Can't ID this font

Anyone got a clue about this? The E and C are pretty odd, and the G is uncommon... Seen them all in various typefaces, but not together.

By the way, Steve, please try using a more descriptive title, like "Sans with odd E, C and G". Then I would have a chance to remember which post this was discussed.
