The image was so bad i had to work on it a little, so it started looking like a bitmap... But its not...

The sample is too small, and your work on it made it likely less recognisable.

Ok. Here is the original image. It is same small. But perhaps you may find it more recognizable. I wouldnt make the image smaller then it is. The major problem is because the original image is very small itself.
