They are most likely proprietary bitmap fonts; you can probably find something similar by searching "bitmap" at dafont.com or a similar site...

Yeah I've found plenty of bitmap style fonts, but they are mostly too low-res. The higher res displays on modern cameras allow these nicer looking fonts, which are noticeably pixelated, but not enough to really be those "bitmap" style fonts.

Ive decided to just suck it up and hand-draw the whole display. Time to get my pixel brushes out...
