Custom version of Y2K neophyte. Created by Koen Hachmang and commissioned by Saguez & Partners.

Thanks again Renko!

And where can i find this custom font?

Sometimes a font foundry will start selling a custom font after a certain time period, but it's very rare that they start just giving it away. So you'll probably have make a custom derivation of Y2K Neophyte (or have one made).

The readme.txt file coming with Y2K Neophyte on Dafont prohibits modification without permission from the author.

Even for personal use? Strange, for a free font.
