anyone know this font? looking for hours and no luck.

Castcraft once had a digital version. Unfortunately their website is still broken.

The Bookman swash characters were recently made in PostScript form and are available now thru fonts.com:

I keep thinking Jason Walcott will do Bookman Swash as he cites it as one of his favorite typefaces. Maybe you should suggest this to him, Grant. ;^D
I've also been tempted to digitize the swash characters myself, but i have this bad habit of not finishing things i start...

Any idea on this typeface?? ThanksBSAlogo

I apologize. I'm too smart to be impolite, but not smart enough to know how to know what I'm doing. I'll study a little harder before any new entry. ;)\Thanks for your patience.

Yes, but those are the god-awful ITC versions - not the pretty
original versions in Kosmo's sample. :-(

Hi Bob, I'll be moving your request to its proper place shortly:
the Type Identification Board. It's not polite to hijack someone
else's thread for your ID request. :-)

No sweat, Bob, everybody's allowed to do beginner's mistakes. :-)

what do you mean?

thanks for all the advice. Turns out we have that font already. However, when I drag the PS font into suitcase it's corrupt but as a BMP file it's good to go? Puzzling in that I can convert this bmp font to outlines in Illustrator.

Anyone have this happen to them in OSX 10.3.5 and suitcase 11.02?

Does this version of Bookman Bold Italic exist in digital form?

This is taken from my 1985 Letraset catalog.

Thanks,
Kosmo
