@font-face trends and show-case web sites

Si_Daniels

Hi,

I'm working on an article that will bring people up to speed on the latest advancements in web fonts. Anyone have any suggestions for show-case sites, and/or trends in web font usage. In particular I'm interested in how web apps are using the technology.

Cheers, Si

Best source I know are the Typekit showcases:

Narrowing it down to just HTML5 web apps - much tougher.

Flavors.me is an app using straight @font-face, no services. Here's mine, with name set in Brandon Grotesque.
