We are using a version of century gothic that has a lot of kerning issues. I believe this was a free version downloaded off the internet. Does anyone have recommendations for a high-quality version of this typeface?

Switch to Proxima Nova or Avenir and you’ll not only have a high-quality typeface, but better-looking work all-around.
Search "Futura" at MyFonts, looking for versions with a large x-height.
Presumably, the more expensive ones will be high quality.
Monotype sells it. Looked okay to me.
